Refunds/replacements for other issues


1) Delivery problems: If your delivery is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact
customer support within 24 hours of receipt.
2) Missing deliveries: If you dont receive your order within 48 hours of dispatch,
contact them as soon as possible.
3) Stolen deliveries: If your order is stolen, you will need to report it to the local
police.


Important notes


The company does not accept physical returns of the food.
For any claims of incorrect, missing, or damaged items, you must provide

Subscriptions


When you purchase a subscription you will receive repeat deliveries. These are
based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you¨ll be charged for each ofthese deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you dont
want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your
order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription
from there.
